Job Description:
As a UI/UX Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our design team in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on design concepts.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve design processes.
- Assist in the optimization of existing user interfaces and workflows to enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Support the design team in various design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and esthetics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects or course work is highly desirable.
