We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DevOps, Terraform, AKS, and DevSecOps practices. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes deployments, and ensure system observability. Preferred certifications include Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, CKA, and Terraform Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and enforce DevSecOps practices to enhance security across the development lifecycle.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate the deployment of cloud resources.
• Implement configuration management and automation using Ansible.
• Manage Kubernetes applications with Helm and Argo CD for continuous deployment and GitOps.
• Establish and maintain observability practices using monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.

Skills Required:

• Azure DevOps: Proficient in managing CI/CD pipelines, version control, and infrastructure as code on Azure.
• DevSecOps: Knowledgeable in integrating security practices into the DevOps lifecycle, including automation of security checks.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS): Expertise in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AKS.
  Terraform: Experience in writing infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate provisioning of cloud resources.
• DevOps: Strong foundation in DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices for software development and deployment.
• Ansible: Proficient in using Ansible for configuration management, automation, and orchestration.
  Argo CD, Helm: Skilled in deploying and managing Kubernetes applications using Helm charts and GitOps tools like Argo CD.
• Observability: Experience in implementing monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to ensure high availability and performance of applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Terraform, AKS, Ansible, Argo CD, and Helm.
• Proven experience in DevSecOps practices and observability tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical discussions.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
